Simple yet not... this dainty lace blouse has so much to it yet seems so understated! The rounded neck and exquisite lace pattern at the front is so pretty, with thin little pleats or lines running vertically down the middle which add another contrasting dimension. No label inside to describe the fabric but it's an incredibly soft cotton, with an almost silk like feel to it.
