Delivery

We deliver worldwide! It doesn't matter if you live in a castle or in a treehouse we ship to ever corner of the globe!
Order will be shipped ASAP & normally the next working day, excluding bank holidays, public holidays & the weekends. If you need your order by a certain date then please email us at; hello@adasatticvintage.co.uk and we will do our best to help you, anything is possible.
For all UK & International orders under 2kgs will be delivered by Royal Mail, all orders need to be signed for.
Orders over 2kgs will be delivered by Parcel Force, all orders need to be signed for.
Estimated Delivery Times;
UK: 3-5 Business Days
Europe: 8-10 Business Days
USA & Canada: 10-12 Business Days
Everywhere Else: 12-14 Business Days

Shipping Costs

We always try to find the cheapest yet most secure way to send your new to you vintage treasures to you. If you are wanting to buy a few items then please get in touch, so we can ensure you are getting the best value for money shipping available.

Sizing

All sizes that are listed are the modern day equivalent sizes, all items are listed in UK, EU & USA sizes. Please make sure that you look at the detail measurements to ensure that the item will fit you, this can be done by comparing the measurements to a piece of similar clothing you already have.

Measurements

All measurements are taken flat and are measured from seam to seam and then doubled, excluding the length.

Returns

Delicate items from the 1800's upto and including the 1930's are incredibly old and delicate, with that being said any items from the 1800's, 1900's, 1910's,1920's and 1930's can not be returned unless they have been grossly mis-described. When considering these stunning items please closely check the measurements against existing items of clothing you own.
 
You can return any item from (excluding items from the 1800's,1900's, 1910's, 1920's, 1930's, hosiery, swimwear and pierced jewellery for a refund or exchange, within 7 days of purchase dateAll you need to do is drop us an email to hello@adasatticvintage.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will send you the return details. Orders must be sent back within 3 working days, ie dropped off at the post office within 3 days of your refund request being sent.

Once your return has been received we will then process your refund, normally within 24 hours but no longer than within 5 working days of receipt. All refunds will be sent to the same card or paypal account used to pay for the order. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:

  • ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECEIVED
  • ALL ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN WORN
  • ALL ITEMS ARE FREE OF ANY ODOURS
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION
Please note that we don't pay for the return postage for any returns and the original postage is not refundable. 
We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers.
Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way, we are not responsible for items damaged in transit.

Custom Charges

PLEASE BE AWARE
Many countries charge import tax on foreign purchases over a certain amount. Tax levels vary by country & is the responsibility of the buyer. Please know your import tax level before purchasing, don't let this be a surprise to you and push the cost to much more than you wanted to pay.
If you're interested in getting an estimate on what the duties will be on a certain item, we recommend the website http://www.dutycalculator.com/ to help you estimate this additional cost.

Also, please be aware that if we ship an item to you, and you refuse shipment, you are still responsible for the Customs fees!

CAN I SELL YOU MY VINTAGE CLOTHING?

In short YES =D We love nothing more than having you get in touch with us when you have clothes, accessories or home decor items that you would like to sell. Please send an email over to hello@adasatticvintage.co.uk with a brief description of what you have and some quick photos, just so we can get a rough idea of you what you have.
