A wonderful two piece boho style maxi skirt and waistcoat set from the early 1970s and made in South Wales by Steinburg & Sons. Both pieces are decorated with a geometric pattern of diamonds. The skirt is a great length and has a fantastic long split along the side (or front depending on how you wear it). It fastens with a zip and button. The waistcoat is slightly cropped, fastens with hook and eye closures. A generous size 12 – so it’s a fantastic find and is also really comfortable to wear with its thick wool blend (it’s not itchy!). Although we’ve dressed it for summer, it could equally be worn in winter with a roll neck and boots.
