Collection Launches
We want you to love your new to you purchase and for it to be a part of your wardrobe for years to comes. That's why we will preview our new collection to our email subscribers first with full detailed measurements, photos and a video of it being worn so you can get a true vision of what the item is like being worn. Make sure you subscribe to our email list & follow along on our social's for previews and new launch date information.
Sizing
Vintage sizing does run smaller than their modern day counterparts, as a general rule they run 2 sizes smaller. For example a vintage size 10 is a modern day 6! As we are based in Birmingham UK all our sizes are listed in UK sizes 1st with further European and American size conversions written in the description. All items are measured lying flat & then doubled to get the waist, hips & bust measurements, it is great to compare to a piece of clothing that you love the fit of.
Refunds
We understand that sometimes, no matter how desperately you want it to workout somethings just don't fit right. This is why we are happy to offer a refund of all full priced items, please check out our returns policy for full details.
Shipping
Ada's ships worldwide using a fully tracked and insured service for peace of mind. We ship with UPS & Royal Mail and are always keeping an eye on ways to keep shipping cost's as low but as quick as possible. Check out our shipping page for full details.
Gift Cards
Are an excellent way to gift the gift of vintage without having to worry about it fitting. Here are our most commonly asked questions:
Where can I use my gift cards? Gift cards can be used online only and can not be accepted at fairs or studio appointments, sorry.
Will my gift card expire? No. there is no expiry date ever.
How do I use my gift card? Simply add your must have piece to your basket and follow the easy instructions on the checkout screen.
I don't have enough balance on my gift card can I pay with a card too? Yes of course, the full remaining balance will be taken from your gift card and then any remaining balance can be charged to your card or paypal account.
Help I have lost my gift card! Don't worry please email hello@adasatticvintage.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Can gift cards be refunded? Unused gift cards can be refunded, partially used gift cards can not be refunded.
