Rescue your favourite pair of jeans in 20 minutes
We all have a favourite pair of jeans that we wear time and time again, the pair that goes with everything and that expands when you have ate too much =D And It is soooo sad when your fav pair of jeans get too ripped that they are no longer acceptable to wear.... however you style them

Ripped and tears in clothing are now a way to make a statement and show your personality. Here is my easy guide to make your fav pair of jeans last another few years =D
First gather your supplies, you will need some decorative ribbon or fabric scrap for larger rips, scissors, pins, needle and thread.
Try using a scrap piece of denim in a different wash if you are wanting a more subtle look.
Carefully place the repair fabric as you want it, give it a good eyeball and make sure it is look right and then pin into position. Then stitch into place using whatever type of stitch you like, I like a simple up and down stitch which is visible but pretty too.
Next turn your jeans inside out and cut off the excess fabric as close to the stitches as possible.
