I love this recipe it is easy, you just need to chop a few things, quick takes about 40 minutes and it is really the oven that does all the work, and there isn't much washing up to do after either!
Add all that together with that it very healthy and good for you and that it tastes awesome really this dish is a winner. Perfect for those days when you just can't be bother to cook.
