Shipping Information

We aim to ship your order the next business day, but no longer that 2-4 business days after you place your order. We ship worldwide from Kent, UK using Royal Mail & UPS. We always try and keep shipping as low as possible and in the unlikely event you overpay for shipping we will always refund the overpayment to you.

In the UK we ship via 1st class signed for Royal Mail as standard. If you order is heavy (over 2kg) we may use UPS. If you need your order ASAP you can upgrade your shipping at checkout to an express service which is shipped via Royal Mail as a next day guaranteed delivery. If in doubt please email hello@adasatticvintage.co.uk and we will be happy to help, we have shipped orders to over 41 countries so we are shipping wizzes and anything can be achieved.

How soon after dispatch will I get my order?

If you selected standard delivery then the delivery aim set by Royal Mail & UPS is 2-3 business days, your order will be dispatched with the tracking number attached and can be tracked on Royal Mail's / UPS website. Bank holidays and Covid-19 can delay delivery times.

Customs / Duty / Tax

Ada's Attic Vintage does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes all countries in the European Union. All orders sent to countries in the EU are now subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.

The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value so we advise you to check what your local rate is before committing to purchase.

There is a threshold which is the amount at which a person begins paying taxes based on the declared value of an item. Anything over that you will be subject to charges. Please note thresholds vary from country to country.

Lost/Missing Parcels

Ada's Attic Vintage will not refund against orders marked as delivered by the courier/shipping company. Ada's Attic Vintage is also not responsible for any parcels that go missing from a nominated third party or "safe place" by you. Ada's Attic Vintage will not refund for orders that are sent to incorrect addresses, it is your responsibility to check your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Please check all details before payment.

Non-Collected Parcels

Parcels where the delivery has been missed and the item not collected within the time frame set by the delivery company and then subsequently returned to Ada's Attic Vintage will not be refunded. Parcels will be returned to us and payment for the re-shipping of the order will be required.
